A Nebraska native, Dr. Kissel earned his undergraduate degree at Creighton University in Omaha. He graduated from Creighton University’s School of Medicine and completed his residency in family practice at Creighton University. Dr. Kissel has been practicing medicine in the Siouxland area since 1974.
