An Iowa native, Dr. Mitchell earned his undergraduate degree at Briar Cliff College in Sioux City. He graduated from University of Iowa’s School of Medicine and completed his residency in family practice at the Siouxland Medical Education Foundation in Sioux City. Dr. Mitchell has been practicing medicine in Siouxland since 1982.
