Information related to accessing vaccine will be available on the SDHD COVID-19 Vaccination Information page.  We will be completing Tier 1A the health care professionals before February 1, 2021. We will then be posting the clinics that will be planned in partnership with the health care community for members of Tier 1B.  This will require the online scheduling of appointments through a link on this website also. There will not be a waiting list created.

These initial clinics will only be available to individuals over the age of 65, PK-12 school staff, early childhood education, childcare workers, first responders (firefighters, police officers and child welfare social workers). Proof of age or place of employment will be required for your appointment.

Public announcements will be made when these clinics are available, along with how individuals can receive assistance if they do not have access to the online process.
