Accounting - Payroll Specialist - Corporate Office, On-Site (Full-Time) 120525

LOCATION: Corporate Office – On Site

CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPT – (Full Time 35+ Hours per week)

REPORTS TO: CFO

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Assist in the operational areas including accounting, accounts payable, payroll and special projects. Must
have excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
1. Process employee bi-weekly payroll accurately, timely and in compliance with federal and state laws .
2. Audit and reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepancies.
3. Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and taxes.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll filings, including W-2s.
5. Responsible for the day to day work flow of the accounts payable function.
6. 1099 preparation.
7. Process unclaimed property according to annual requirements/filing.
8. Prepare various necessary account, bank and other reconciliations.
9. Assists in month end reporting processes.
10. Assists in preparation and input of general ledger entries.
11. Complete credit applications for vendors.
12. Prepares monthly invoices to outside companies.
13. Performs other basic accounting and payroll duties to support the operations of the corporation.

POSITION: Medical Lab Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Clinic Manager

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Provides professional team-based care to patients. Assists in the continuum of care and in educating patients on their patient-centered medical home. Responsible for the overall operations of the clinic laboratory.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
1. Coordinate activities and cooperates with other clinic departments, in a team approach, to achieve objectives and projects, while maintaining a proper perspective of interdepartmental relationships.
2. Responsible for the overall function and operations of the clinical laboratory, including but not limited to, equipment maintenance and repair, CLIA inspections, quality control and safety precautions.
3. Provide general and technical supervision over the lab services and all testing procedures and policies.
4. Handle work and vacation scheduling for all laboratory personnel.
5. Orientate, supervise, and evaluate lab personnel.
6. Performs related work as required.

Ultrasound Tech - Imaging Center (On-Call) 120525

LOCATION: Family Health Care of Siouxland – Imaging Center

POSITION: Ultrasound Tech- On-Call (less than 24 hours per week)

SUPERVISOR: Imaging Center Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be credentialed through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with Ob, Abdomen (RDMS), and Vascular (RVT); American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Sonography RT(S) and Vascular RT(VS); Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Vascular (RVS).
  • Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks utilizing ultrasonic high frequency sound waves to detect abnormalities including masses, abscesses, and stones.
  • Perform ultrasound procedures, Doppler vascular examinations, abdominal studies and color-flow ultrasound, Ob-Gyn procedures as required.
  • Utilize accessory equipment such as selective transducers, multi-format cameras, printers, and PACS workstations.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain procedures to patients. Report changes in patient condition to medical staff.
  • Provide expertise in ultrasound technology to physicians and staff to include handling instruments, operating and monitoring equipment and calling out equipment readings.
  • Collaborates in quality control of equipment and filming and obtains service as required. Establish quality control standards in ultrasound and monitor standards; ensure compliance and documentation in ultrasound for the company.
  • Proficient in the performance of ultrasound procedures. Provides direction and instruction to existing personnel and training to new sonographers.
  • Ensures correct charging of ultrasound procedures and supplies on a daily basis.
